Additional we are using mu metal, amorphous and nano crystalline cores.
For inductors we are using the above with an airgap - or iron powder, Sendust, Molypermalloy, High flux and Nanodust materials all having the air gap distributed. Special shaped sintered metals are also an option for big quantities.
